Welcome to Gig Adda. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our platform, including our website, mobile applications, and services offered through our partner network.
By accessing or using Gig Adda, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
Platform Overview
Gig Adda is a technology platform that connects job seekers (“Users”) with verified gig opportunities offered by third-party companies (“Partners”) such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Zomato. We facilitate onboarding, shift booking, and support—but we do not employ users directly.
User Eligibility
To use Gig Adda, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and verifiable personal and professional information
- Possess valid documents as required by the role (e.g., Aadhar, PAN, bank details, driving license)
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws and partner-specific guidelines
Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- Gig Adda reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
Role Listings & Partner Engagement
- All job roles listed on Gig Adda are offered by third-party partners.
- Final selection, onboarding, training, and payouts are managed by the respective partner.
- Gig Adda is not liable for employment decisions, shift availability, or payment delays.
- Users must adhere to the terms, policies, and codes of conduct of the partner organization they are onboarded with.
Earnings & Payouts
- Earnings vary by role, location, shift, and performance.
- Payouts are processed weekly or as per the partner’s schedule.
- Gig Adda does not guarantee minimum earnings, incentives, or bonuses.
- Any disputes regarding earnings must be raised directly with the partner organization.
Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Misrepresent your identity, documents, or qualifications
- Attempt to bypass platform processes or manipulate shift bookings
- Use the platform for spam, harassment, or unlawful activities
- Interfere with the platform’s operations or security
Data Privacy
Your data is collected, stored, and shared in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Gig Adda, you consent to the collection and sharing of your information with verified partners for onboarding and operational purposes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Gig Adda platform—including logos, text, graphics, and software—is the property of Gig Adda or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Gig Adda is not liable for:
- Employment-related disputes between users and partners
- Loss of income, data, or access due to technical issues or partner-side delays
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
